DIRECT SALE--First of all, we sell our custom made suits and custom made shirts directly to the consumer over internet and telephone, so, we do not need to run the shops, which can help us reduce the overheads a lot. Normally, the cost of running shops plays a big part in the costing of garment business;
VOLUME ORDER FOR MATERIAL--Secondly, as a joint-venture with Red Collar, one of the biggest suit/shirt makers in China, we share the fabric with them--we can order fabrics in thousands meters instead of 3 or 6 meters as the other tailor shops are doing for the moment. PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY--At last, we are producing our suits from the big sewing line instead of small work shop, thus our production efficiency is much higher than the normal tailor shops; Also, we can guarantee the lead time;
